  spoke to an advisor mike carol who wants me to call back because he was just lazy and wanted go home on a Saturday at 12.30pm . keeps on telling the day you wanted the cover to start is out of 30 days. I've just told him to use a random day cz its a new policy it really doesn't matter . he kept on insisting me to call back again. what a ridiculous company. I thought advisors are suppose to try to get new customers. did not take my name or phone number even to call me back. This is for the manager to listen back to the phone call .!!! I can just imagine after getting the policy how the customer service works out if you ever wanted to make a claim. Do not use this company there are loads of other helpful positive companies out there. there was no 0 starts to give them

  The most rude customer service I have experienced in a long time. Very difficult to hear anything he said as it sounded like he was in a noisy crowded pub. Initially wasn't going to quote as I haven't yet bought the vehicle but eventually agreed to do so. At the end of the process was up to twice as expensive as other quotes I received (even with the same underwriter). When I told him this, he told me that I had basically wasted his time - i was hoping that he would look at ways of making his quote more competitive but could not be bothered. Don't waste your time with this outfit.
